Hi Guy's
I have just purchased a top of the range VDO Dayton setup, CD3300 head unit and CH1000 changer.
The question is how hard is it to install myself or would i be better off paying the £45 ( British pounds ) installation fee.
Cheers

Depends on how good you are with that kind of thing. That's only 65 US dollars for the install... I'd pay that if the shop was good.
I'd do it myself, but thats me.
I've always installed all my headunits etc, so the VDO system shouldn't be too difficult.
Its up to you Chris, whether you like to do things yourself, or go with the hassle-free £45.
Talking of hassle...getting the heater dials out was like the damned fiddliest thing I've ever had to do!! smile.gif
