Nope havent tried that yet, I actually tightend the bolts as hard as I could last night so it hasnt done it yet. Thanks for the tip though.

Lock washers and rubber washers could help too... haven't dealt with those bolts so I dont know.

and she's almost done, still gotta straighten up the center interior piece and get it to lay flat. Added the logo of the club i'm president of to dress it up. I wish the body shop would have done a better job painting it but it sucks if you look close. In case your wondering what the grey things are, theyre pads so that the hatch lifts don't penetrate the paint, mainly there to cover up where they do penetrate, I was considering drilling holes instead. Let me know what you think.

Actually its sealed, I'm running those precision audio 1200W subs DVC. 8 ohm perchannel on a MA Audio HK 1398 amp. It bumps loud enough for me. Any louder and I think the car would rattle till it was a pile of dust lol

it does look good painted though man, great job. i know what you mean about the strut rubbing on shit. i had to put carpet on the struts themselfs to get them to stop wearing out the carpet on the box.

the volume of the box is a little bit bigger then 1cu foot per sub. I haven't been able to find the subs lately either, theyve disappeared I think.
