So after being bored and wanting to take my set up to the next level I started on this project, It was very time consuming, frustratring and cost me about $200 in supplies after all... The box is a prebuilt box underneath the FG, it has ~1 cu foot per sub, the subs are precision audios, the subs sound great, but since i had my second system in my back glass rattles/bounces horrrrrribly, any suggestions? ?I've tightened the two nuts on it and no help... Enjoy...

Thanks guys... DTN, actually I was going to leave it black (that actually is painted and clear coated even though you can't tell at all in the pic) because the interior parts are green, I was thinking green would be too much even if I painted those pieces black, What do you all think?? ...
It hits soo much harer now, and my back glass wont quit rattling! I think I still have one small air leak to take care of though.
I'll be sanding it and doing some more final body work to it while the car is in the shop (shaved handles and repaint smile.gif) So let me know what color you think!

looks good man
as far as the rattling in the glass you cant do much about it. when our cars get banged out then they just rattle. its one of the reasons why alot of people dont but powerful systems in their car because after awhile EVERYTHING is just loose and you cant do much about it other then tighten down the bolts and add some adhesive where you can.
just part of having a system i guess.

Have you tried replacing the Hatch seal? The rubber that goes around the edge or the opening DOES wear out with time. A new one might be a bit thicker and give you more resistance and cushis for the pushin your system does
