well i just won 4 cans of the rockford stuff, but it isn't the aresol type. you gotta have a air compressor. also look into rhynoliner!!

 

cascade audio also makes a "dynamat-like" substance but its not asphalt based...it actually turns the sound waves into low level heat....go to www.partexpress.com they always have good deals and they have to tools to go with it!!! and the casade audio spray is great for getting the inside of doors and you can just use a can per door and it comes out very nicely! its really not that heavy either!
