People were asking about rear strut bars, and I guess it seems that there aren't many users with one. Maybe we can get someone to make some for us.

REDzman - I remember you commenting on my strut bar at NOPI Nats a few years ago. I said I'd post pics but never did.

I don't remember who I bought it from, but it was YEARS ago and he was a member on here. Anyone know where this is from? Can anyone read the Korean label, or does it just say Tiburon?

The back seat does close with the strut bar. It does NOT close because of my sub box (15's really are big). The bracket looks like it's a complete half circle, bolts to all three strut bolts.

If you need me to remove the metal bracket to get a better picture so we can recreate the bar, I will.

Ive had the KSpec rear bar for a while in my RD2 and I like it. Seats close ad everything and I could tell a difference in stiffness. Looks decent also.

Im not sure which company makes mine, has a octagonal type shape. I definetly notice a difference with it though was worth the money.

SFR has one on their site and ebay, but it's like 90 shipped plus there's the nice long wait from Korea.

hm... okay maybe there was no need in this thread ever existing. SFR has one for $79 and 5 of the 6 who have voted so far, have one.

I guess I just haven't heard anything about a rear strut bar in so long, I assumed they weren't easily found.

The one I have from KSpec is like a hexagon shape. Its very nice. Im getting rid of it though soon and doing a kind of full trunk bar setup.

They aren't easily found, that's an expensive one. tongue.gif SFR's is hexagonal, so probably the same one as KSpec.

Even better: Shark racing has one for $85 shipped that's both a 3 bolt mount and straight across, so it's stronger. However, it is maybe no as asthetically pleasing because it is straight.

I'd be really interested in finding one, but for a much cheaper price though. Similar to that other thread where you can get a front strut bar for $40...
And any links for a center bar, or are those just generic (maybe I should make another thread, that's getting ot...)?

Kspec, SR, same bar.

That is actually the cheapest one made, I had it, got rid of it, couldn't stand it. The one Majik has is VERY nice, but the nicest one I've seen, I now own, the Whiteline RSB.
