Just installed this tonight... alpine dvd player with 6.5" touch screen... I'm so giddy right now.

lol... yes that is shaun of the dead on the floor... and contact lens fluid next to it... I also believe that would be paper towels next to that...(spilled my beer while installing it) it ran me alittle over $1,000 but I think it's well worth the investment since my car is my life. =P

 

while i really like it and have severly thought about getting one myself, it just looks really out of place in these cars. i dont know if it's the location, angle of it or what, it just doesnt look like it belongs there.

 

It wasn't that simple on mine..... it wouldn't fit just right so I did this.... cut out a square in the face

I did... but I didn't mold it in I just have the ring behind the console piece... I only shaved off just enough for it to fit thru... if you look carefully you can see how it sits and part of the plastics is pushed back
