Is this going in a tib? because if it is you might have a problem getting it in under the rear shelf..

Im using a solobaric 12 square in a box that looks very similar to that and it just about crams in under the shelf.

Im about to get a cap for mine but it's going in a 1" mdf box with serious plex screen in it just incase.

Im not *that* worried though because I have a fat scorpion X circuit breaker under the hood smile.gif

Edit as for amp vibration well there's no escaping that in any install unfortunately as anything in the trunk is going to feel the vibration.

Dude have you considered going with something like I have? IE - building an amp display to sit side by side with the sub box?

Once again (as Faith said) , This is not a show car.

I don't want an amp rack. I want something that bumps but does not take up my whole trunk.

It will definatley fit under the Elantra rear deck.

Finally installed everything.

Every thing fired up fine and the kicker hits hard ass hell. Nice smooth sound.

Or bundle them or something. Make it look nice now that you're done. That's a show killer right there. Everyone knows that it takes wires to hook up a sterio. Noone wants to see it. Whenever I do anything I think to myself. " Would (insert someone who dosn't know anything about cars) think this is pretty?"

You can get a breakout box quick disconnect from the sterio shop.

I just did a super quick install to get everything working.

Why do I have to keep explaining that I don't care how it looks.

Show killer. I like to see the wires
