Default my blueprint for my false floor



the red is where the box for the speakers will fit, the yellow is the hinges to lift up half the floor for access to spare.

the black are my 2 amps, i may change my design yet again =)

but this is my insomnia blueprint, lol

i may make the red part 12 inches, im sure i could get away with 10 inches

since the height and width will make up for the length for the ^3 airspace.

heh, i built the box part of this blueprint, and wound nowhere near where i wanted to, lol

i got the shape correct, but im gonna have to do some major changes, before this box will fit correctly., im wondering how the box i built sounds, lol

Are you building your box to the size you want for your false floor or are you building it to specs for your subs. If you are not building your box to compliment your subs the box will sound like crap. I am not downgrading what you are doing I think it's cool but you need to work hand in hand with what you subs need not what size you want. just my 2 cents.
