Hi,
I got a small fire extinguisher and I'm looking to mount it to the back of a rear seat (in the trunk, but so I can get it from the inside by folding down the seat). How would I go about doing that? I need to drill some holes, can I do that anywhere or are there specific places I can do it? (i don't know what's on the inside of the cover..)

I really like how DTN attached the amp, capacitor and other thingies, how would I go about doing that? Thanks!

sheet metal screws.

you can unzip the rear seats and you can look in there too.

So do you drill a hole first or is the material soft enough to force sheet metal screws in there directly?
Is the cover on the seats easily taken off?

Pretty sure metal screws will have no trouble considering they kinda drill when they enter.

if they r self tapping screws u really shuldnt have 2 pre-drill.

just look to where your drilling because there is not metal behind 100% of the seat. i had trouble mounting my smaller amps back there before because it has to be the right size to have something to screw into. so just unzip the cover first to look before you just go drilling holes.

it really depends on the type of screw you use. just be careful about the metal areas inside your seat, not that you'll break it or anything, just that your gonna have to make a new hole. while you can screw it by putting enough force, using a power drill type tool to screw in the umm.. screws, makes your job easier
