nah dude, 0 gauge is overkill and will just be much harder to feed to the hatch.

btw, i just like 3 days ago paid for shipping on that sub. im convinced fedex is composed of a bunch of baboons that dont have a clue what they are doing. long story short i will NEVER ship fedex again.

^^ i'd go with 0 gauge if i could afford it. No harm in having too big of wire just more expensive.

Connections are usually the weakest point in a circuit though. If you have a huge 0 awg wire with a bad connection to the battery, you can burn the connection right off. Just make sure everything has beefy connections and nothing would be questionable.

You should be fine using a 25A fuse on 8AWG wire for this application, but bigger is better except for fuses.

Well, the amp that i'm using right now isn't tough enough to power both of my subs, so i've only been running one of them. If I run 0 awg I should be good to upgrade to a much better amp, and be prepared if I want to add any other ICE in the back.

Thanks DTN, i'll keep that in mind. I'll buy the expensive stuff. tongue.gif

tibby01, man I forgot all about that hassle. After that letter they sent me and my phone call I thought they had it straightened out. I haven't heard from them since then. They really are a bunch of idiots. PM me your paypal and how much it was and i'll send it to you.

nah dont worry dude, cost for shipping was included in what you paid me. its all taken care of now. it boils down to them being idiots that have shitty email response and make it hard as hell for you to pay them. im not a mean person but i was yelling on the phone when i was talking to them.
