Default LED tubes under dash

I want to install led tubes under my seats and dash.

Seats = no problemo!
Dash = no problemo, EXCEPT how in the world do you mount the tubes? I dont think the sticky 3m tape on them will hold very long so i was thinking about using zip ties but I dont see anything that I can tie them to under the dash.

I have two 15" neon tubes zip tied to existing wiring. They've held strong for YEARS. The 3M tape didn't work too well after a few weeks. 15" is a SUPER TIGHT fit, but it is possible (depending on how long the mounts at the end are).

If you're mounting like I did so the tubes themselves can't be seen i'd suggest zip ties. They've been in for almost two years, it was fast, easy, and looks clean. I just strapped them to an existing wiring harness.
