The first picture of the Comp VR(Which is 3-4yrs old) was 800W max and 600W RMS.

Ill check back for correct picture to see if I am of anymore help to you.

** I JUST ASKED MY MANAGER (I WORK AT A CAR AUDIO SHOP) AND WAS TOLD ALL OF THE 12" KICKER COMP VR WERE RATED AT 800W MAX AND 600W RMS. **

I think this is right. Let me know if it is the wrong model. The site is strange but has the specs for it.

I found that through this page The kicker sub looks the same as your pic and that was what I was going by. I can't say it is exactly the same though as yours seems to be an older model but the pic on the site looked similar to yours.

What did you need this info for? Are you puting it in your car or possibly selling it?

If you are putting it in your car what amp are you going to use?

I work in a car audio shop that was a HUGE kicker dealer when the Comp VR's were big.
It will take up to 800W RMS.

That amp is a little small for it, but it will work fine!
