I used strips of copper plated metal straps that already have those holes in it. Then I fiberglassed them into place. It's a little bit more involved then that, but that's basically it.

apparently you fiberglassed quite a bit on your doors, they look farkin awesome man, could you make me some of those handles? and if so, how much would you charge?

Thanks for the compliment. I'm not sure if I can make any for sale. The reason is because, as you said, almost the entire door panel is fiberglassed. So, I'm not sure how I'd go about making some that are seperate from the door panel, that could be easily attached.

that's cool man, that would be like copying someone else's masterpiece anyway, i was actually kinda joking, but the more i think about i should just try and do my own thing. But really they do look just sweet. Excellent job, on the whole thing, right now i finessing my fiberglassing skills, so hopefully in the future i can produce something that looks that good.

I hate to dig up old things... but i just have to get this off my chest tongue.gif

Before I left NM one person didnt like my interior (I think it was because he didnt like my car in general) (also, sorry for not makin it out to ABQ for the 'official opinion'...)

I got to GA on leave in route overseas, 23 out of 23 people liked it (good combo of girls and guys)

22 out of 22 llove it over here in England (dont know if you want to count the British opinions though lol.gif)

So, this leads me to ask, whats wrong with you guys!?!? tongue.gif as soon as I get a chance Im going to get pictures up of the whole thing. wink.gif
