I would leave the ring silver to contrast it... at least that is my thoughts on it.

Thats along the lines i was thinkin. I tried some chrome since i have crome knob and peddals but it looks like ***. Think ill go back to the plain silver! What you think about maybe white?

Let me check on the CF, but for the vent piece, if you look at them really close, I think there is a little metal pin holding them in place.

I really dig the orange. good job! One thing to watch out for (being that I have orange speaker grills too), is hitting them with your shoes/sneakers. The soles of shoes/sneakers can leave nasty black streaks on the grills. That's the exact place my feet always hit when I'm trying to hold the door open while sitting in the car. And the streaks are nearly impossible to get out...
