How hard is it to build an amp rack like this?

How hard is it to build an amp rack like this?
The sub box in the corner isnt an issue. I'm more curious about the carpeted amp rack, and if there would be enough air to cool them. Anybody have a DIY or step by step guide how to do this?

thats hardly an 'amp rack' more like an amp cover...
that part of it would be stupidly easy... piece of plywood or MDF, cut out the openings with a jigsaw, buy carpet and glue it on. the size of that 'amp cover' probably is a press fit and just sits in there tight..
the amps might just be mounted to the rear of the seats/vehicle skeleton.. hard to tell.
even if it was an 'amp box' it would be very simple with a jigsaw
