yeah wow..uhm, what the hell did I do, I some how managed to lose the temperature needle along with the fuel needle. I was trying to put them on, and boom they slipped out of my fingers only to lose them into the abyss of my car.

definately not.you would prolly have to buy an entire new cluster.

yeah, well..the trim that sits around the shifter had broken clips so it could never be on there with a tight snug fit, well in this case the trim was off, so the needles feel down into those cracks and they were considered `goners` at that point hence "abyss of my car"
