That is where you come in I know alot but not all!! The Kicker ZR240 is pushing 2 JL 12w6s they are dul voice coil. They are run in a parallel so at 6oem that will present a 1.5 oem load and for the 0rion amp it is pushing about 50 watts per canel. The Kicker is bridged,But I do not know the power of it.I hope this might help,and I will move the sub rca to the pass side of the car as soon as it stops raining.Thanks agin!!!!!

I'm not sure of the power output on the kicker but I would check with your dealer. When you find out if you are pushing over 800 watts total system power than upgrade to 4 gauge wire. But no matter what make sure the groung and power are the same gauge. Let me know if you need more help.

The Clairion EQ's and crossovers are notorius for making enigine noise. Like Jaws99 said try the RCA's first. You can run them visible just to check (straight from radio to amp without hiding them). Then try the same with the ground wire from the
x-over. I'd be willing to bet money if the
x-over wasn't in there the noise would be gone.
PS, I just reread something too, you have your ground wire run to your battery too?? Ground it at the back somewhere like a seat bolt or seat belt bolt. You can ground it to the body also just make sure to remove the paint from around the area where the screw will touch. This could very well be the problem if you are running 4ga power and 8ga ground from the battery too.
As for the kit you can e-mail me when your ready to buy it. I also have the capacitors to, any where from 1 farad, 3 farad, and 5 farad.
