I just received a new head unit for my B-Day, before I start installing it, I was just wondering if anybody has a wiring diagram for the factory wires/colours??? I tried searching but to no avail. Also, where would I go about getting a good stereo bracket for the Tibby (Auto).

just go to futureshop to get an adapter

i've been told that if you talk to the guys at the back (installation bay), they'll hook you up with cash deals

I would rather just splice the wires together, cost nothing that way, just need to know what colour wires are for what. Also, I was reading that the surround needs to be modified for this deck, Kenwood KDC-MP928, anybody know about this???

I don't have a test light, I knew it was a website but I've never used it, thought the web address was webtech.com or something. Thanks

Seriously, I have done quite a few headunit installs and buying an adaptar is the easiest and safest way to go. Not to mention it makes it sooooo much easier to go back to stock if you decide to sell the car. The adaptars only cost..maybe $20 which isn't bad for how much easier it makes things, not to mention cleaner looking.

What's your E-mail address, I'll send you the diagram of what the wires are.
