Hey I found a switch in my glove box last week just wondering if anybody else has it to. I doubt it is stock but its a small moment switch in my revison A 97 Tib. Any help?!

On a '97 Rev A Tib.. That switch is either:

1. to unloosen the muffler belt for maintenance

2. bazooka activation

but get a pic of it... i'm pretty sure it's not stock!!!

maybe it is a valet switch if you car already came with an alarm when you got it

its a self destruct switch... from what i've heard, all Rev A tibs have it.

I've pushed it a couple of times. And well I'm not dead, no one came to park it for me and no rockets shot out of it. I don't have a digi camera but I will see what I can do about getting a pick up as soon as possible.

Does your car have an alarm or did it come with subs/amp? It could be a cutoff switch for one of those 2...

-amp
-power trunk release
