I knew exactly what you had done when I read your post. I've blown that fuse a dozen times. Also very sensitive when you're working on your head unit as well.

^^ You need to tape up the wires on your green/white and green/black. It should not blow if the wires are covered. That means that the wires are grounding out when you move around back there.

Hey Adam(s), the bulbs for the ashtray and lighter ring just pull out right? I want to throw some LED's in them instead.

haha @ strike and majik.

you might be right because i did stick the legs way down there past the socket. (uugh that don't sound right) it might have scrubbed around there when i was moving it to light up.

i'm going to use a 620 resistor instead though.

Yeah blizaga, they just pull straight out. i thought it was harder than that, but it is still consistant with the fact you can take the entire car apart with a screw and socket LOL. just pull the sucker out of there and it's a twist socket. the bulb will pull straight out just be careful because the bulb is small and too much pressure on it will break on your finger. there are two bulbs, they look identical to the interior bulbs (doors and interior)

watch my mistake though! and don't break the bulbs, keep them should you need them.

Yep. Use clear liquid rubber cement (walmart) for light conductivity and holding the LEDs.
