Alrighty Im heading out now to check the ground and hopefully thats the problem and if not, tibbytib i will asking you how to fix what you did. Thanks guys.

Wires Is this a good deal? I cant find anything cheaper...

dont buy a kit. i use seller bag-boy on ebay. very good prices and shipping is very fast. all stinger wires i get.

Yeah the ground sucked realllllly bad. My buddy who I thought knew what the hell he was doing obviosuly didnt. He helped me out and grounded the wire to the spare tire part where the little knob twists off so the the knob had almost twisted itself all the way off and the ground was only being grounded by the screw. I regrounded it and now it sounds better than ever. Thanks alot guys.

And ericy thanks for the seller name just what i was looking for.

that kit was really a good deal. i would definatly have done that if i were you. maybe i would try to find a similar kit for like 65-70 but with the distribution blocks and everything thats a really good deal.

Yeah I looked at what ericy said and the power wire came out to 50$ alone... I think Im going to pick up the kit bc I cant find a kit of that quality for less money.

You can use any wire you'd like if it's the proper gauge. You'd be best off to go to a local stereo shop though... For a ground wire, you shouldn't need any more then 3 feet (1 meter) max. You can find a good bolt to ground from every 3 feet in a car. It will cost about $10 usually for 3 ft of 0 AWG wire. You might be able to get them to crimp on ends as well. Get one end fork crimped and the other ring crimped.
