Thanks for the info guys, i had to tug realy hard and use a bunch of elbow grease but eventualy i did get it off.

Shinny new ebrake handle (ebrake condom?) installed...

ok, ill stop now.....

Cut out with the OT guys.

In the future, there are a few easy ways to get the handle off.

1. If you don't care about the condition it comes off in, just cut it off with a razor.

2. Use a pair of pliars or channel locks and twist it around the steel inner portion until the glue separates.

3. If you want to be able to reinstall the same one, then use a rubber strap wrench and try like #2.
