As you may all knows, those front door panel holes (2 on each door) made with plastic tend to crack easily. 3 of 4 holes are cracked in mine. I've tried rubber washers to minimize the break.

Can i fiberflass those hole back with the surrounding plastic and drill a new back, will it hold and crack ?

The holes on the inside of the door jam where the air vent is? Mine are cracking there 2 so I put metal washers there i think it gives it more support.

You can buy ABS glue at Lowes or anywhere that sells plummer supplies. Take off the door plastic, coat the back of the crack with the ABS glue, wait for it to dry and drill a new screw hole. It will be good as new.
