Yeah, I was just asking that, but for me, its red. I looked at a local shop and cannot find any colored dome lights. I thought finding a peice of clear red plastic and cutting a peice and placing it below the light.

Upon looking, how do you removie the glass covered of the lights?

hey guys I changed the dome lights on my car to red. All you do is get a lil screw driver and poke them out. then replace with a colred light. I live in SAn Antonio, tx. and I had no problem getting them. I have seen them in green, red, and blus here so far. you migth want to try some import or performance shops. My brother bought some for his neon at Pep boys, and his lights lasted about 2 weeks before they turned pink then white. I have had mine like 3 weeks and still shine like a blood red......let me knoe if I can help you guys out!

Quite a bit...I will inquire further. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place for those colored bulbs. As for removing the lenses...I had no idea they were that easy. Cool!

I use 'Neon Bulb Paint'. Its especially for painting bulbs.

You paint it on, bake it in the oven. Then hey presto, one coloured bulb.

I've used it on my dome lights, sidelights and number plate lights.

Don't know if you can get that stuff over there though.

All you gotta do is take a permanent marker in your desired color and just color the bulb and put it back! I did mine it blue and it works freakin great.

Instead of taking all the time to paint the bulb just buy new colored bulbs..I put superwhites in mine and red bulbs in the courtesy lamps in the doors. Just look in any magazine and you'll find them(Sport Compact Car, Import Tuner, Lowrider Euro, Turbo, Super Street)

I have the same, hyper whites in the dome, trunk, all the exterior lights. Now thinking about doing white under lights for the show.
