i got a sheet of carbon fiber. and need to know the best way to cut it for my switch panel. whats the best way?

dremel. you have to use something that saws. you try to cut it with something that cuts, and it will crack the resin all up.

how do i make the holes for the switches? i really cant make small holes with a saw.

drill with a small bit then get bigger
o were a face mask and dont have flames around

do NOT use electic tools.. the carbon dust will short them out and kill them in short order...

i always use a dremel if its already resined up.

there really is no other easy way.

they have dremel bits that do the holes too.

ive allways had good luck with my die grinder. it will cut holes and all in the CF, and does it cleanly, and fast.
