I know this is somewhat of a newbie question, but nothing came up with the search. Is there any kind of leather conditioner that they sell to maintain the leathers softness and/or preventing it from ripping? Anything anybody would suggest? Thanks.

I use Tanner's Leather Preserve in the Corvette... very good stuff. I dunno where you can buy it though. But every autoparts store in the U.S has leather preserver in some form....

I use Armor All Ultimate Clean for the interior and Armor All Leather Care for the seats.

As my Father lives on a farm, I use some saddle soap on my steering wheel (the only leather in my Tib) and it works great.
