Yeah you will need two amps one to drive your subs and one to drive your interior speakers. As far as the subs go I will go to Crutch feild later today and post them up later my kid is alittle sick today so my time is pre-occupied.

Ok go back to www.Crutchfeild.com then go to speakers and subwoofers scroll down till you see 10" component subwoofers then scroll down till you see Rockford Fosgate HE2 RFP3210 (174.95 a peice) although they are not my first choice I would go with JL's but they are a great sub and the best I can see Crutchfeild carries below the $200 range. I will also try to e-mail this to you.

since we are on the subject and i want to add to the JAWS list,...
Hey JAWS,... what kind of filter would you recommend for a 1000 watt amp???
I have that annoying noize when i turn up the car and have the music low. Everytime i step on the gas, it gets louder. Is there a way of lowering the noize without buying a filter???
thanx

See you shouldn't need a filter at all what you are describing to me is alternator wine and here are the things to look for and the causes of it.
1) Make sure your power wire is at least 6 feet away from the rca cables this includes the remote turn on wire.
2) Check your ground wire make sure it is screwed down to bare metal, common to the rest of the grounds in your system and that it is the same gauge as your power wire.
3) Make sure your rca's are of good quality and have good shelding.
4) Make sure your ground wire and your power wires are not crossed the only way to cross them if you have to to eliminate noise is at a 90 degree angle.
5) Last make sure your speaker wires are not close, touching or crossing your power and ground wires.
Everything I have stated is in one way or another cause for alternator wine and if you check the things I have given you I am sure it will go away I'd bet the farm on it.

But like I said there should be no need for a noise filter at all either one of the things I stated is the cause or the amp is made of poopr quality (at least the filter anyway) I am not bashing anyone or their equipment so please don't anyone think that is what I'm doing but in all my years of installing one of the problems I have posted is the cause not the amp itself. So check what I have posted and I gaurantee that one of them if not more are the problem.
