the backside of the fuze door has the labels as to what they do. If they look good, test them with a multi-meter just to be sure.
There is also a fuze comparment in the engine. Check that one for blown fuses as well.

i did that and i replaced the fuse that says clock...and some other stuff ....but nothing happens!! no of the fuses are blown or atleast appears to be blown....i guess i will have to take the voltmeter out.... beat_dow
i Had the same problem....it is one of the fuses in the driver side fuse area...not sure whic on but it was one that was not labeled for anything that was not working. I just too a good fuse and started replacing all of them till i found it

back on topic...yeah i'd check all the cabin fuses, and if it's not that, i'd put a 90% chance on it being one of the turn signal fuses if it's one of the engine bay fuses, whichever one is used for the interior lights...it's the left turn signal for me, but yours could be different, so check both in the engine bay.
that fuse is under the hood, there is 2 X 10amp mini blade fuses from memory.
edit - sorry, just noticed you have a tib, the above is for an LC accent.
