No they are silver. I used my phone to take the pics as I don't own a digital camera. I think I may ask for one for my birthday or x-mas, it's mah golden birthday this month. cool.gif They are definitely silver though. Jer, can they make a set with red EL?

Go there, scroll to the bottom and custom make yourself a set of them how you want.

SO, if you haven't gone there, and done what I said, don't ask again.

Well it actually inverts the power as in, creates more. Just like neon lights need more power to run.

so its more of a dimmer, but istead it changes the color...meh fair enough. a lil pricey, but its still different than the usual.

^^ No, it's the same as the indiglo on your watch. It uses alot less power then your light bulbs would doing the same lighting. Indiglo responds to different frequencies and voltages so you need an inverter. There IS a dimmer, but that controls the power for the main power module.

They do fit RD2 perfectly. The far right indicators won't line up right on a RD1 though. It puzzled me for a while until I figured it out. You can get it to line up almost perfectly, but not totally with double-sided tape.

RD1 or RD2, you will need 3M double-sided poster tape.

lol, last watch i had with indiglo was when i was 10. This is what i understood, that its actually to make sure you get the right color you want because it would show different in every car depending on the power supply.

DTN, stop misleading the members here, you do NOT need ANY double sided tape for these at all. I've got the DIY up for them, and they are easy to install, NO TAPE REQUIRED WHATSOEVER.

The rest of you, READ the thread before you ask questions.
