I was driving home from class today.. i was in 4rth at 2500rpm..and the car started chocking like it didnt have enuf air or something...then i checked my gas and it was real low but the gas light didnt come on...so i didnt think i was on reserve yet..but i went to gas up anyways..after it ran a lil better but when i keep the car in 4th at 2000rpm at points it chokes a lil bit...just enuf for me to feeel it a little.

Anyone got any input?

 

Is your air filter clean? Have you tried using fuel injecter cleaner in your gas?

i replaced my air filter cone a month ago...and i havent tried using fuel injecter cleaner in my car

 

try fillin up your gas tank. my light doesnt seem to come on, itll come on and off. one time i was goin up a hill and my car choked and stopped, i looked @ my gas and it was below E and ive gone 330+ miles but my light never went on. Dont rely on the light, get some gas and then see wut happens.

you could have gotten a TANC (tongue.gif) of bad gas. go into autozone and pick up some B12 Chemtool. its like $2 a can. use it like every 2,000 miles (6-8 fill ups). maybe reset your ECU for sh1ts and giggles??

 

How many K's on the car, replace your fuel filter yet?

 

If I were at 2000 or even 2500 rpms in 4th I'd expect my car to sputter a bit too. Hit the friggin' gas pedal!
