Playing around with the idea of putting small shallow mount subs in the doors. Anyone know if they would fit?

I assume your talking about the kicker shallow mount (First one on the page).
It depends on how your going to mount them.
Just replacing the stock speaker might cause the front of the speaker to hit the inside of the door panel since the front sticks out more and the speaker will move alot more than the stock ones do.
If your doing something custom. For example bolting 3/4 mdf to the door and mounting the speaker in that.
You should be fine with the shallow mount.
I'm sure you know this but your gonna have to put a good layer of dynamat or similar on the door and don't forget the plastic pieces on the door panel too.
