people forget that porsche makes a LOT of money in just engineering skills alone. Anybody who can tame the rear engined 911 so that even my grandmother can drive it... has mad engienering skillz at their disposal. I know, I had an early 911.. even think about lifting off of the throttle mid-turn.. and it would start to come around on you.

and no, Kit-Fox was certain that Lotus had a hand in designing the looks of the RD2.. seeing as it has four headlights and all that.

I can't believe that for some reason. I'm not denying that it happened though. Stock auto I think runs a 10.5 0-60.. so are you saying an auto GT V6 is slower than that?

My auto beta hits 60 in like 8-9. Manual swap.. and I should be down to 7 once I learn how to drive well. wink1.gif
