the tib actually weighs less than 2650.. around 2570.. its a pretty light car... its not a fast car... but with the right mods it can be fast just like any car..

i never had anything break on me.. car still runs mint.. i have a 98.. aftermarket support is pretty good.. and yes its a unique car.. thats always a plus.. interior is nice.. but like mad machine said it tends to crack in certain places over time.. i wouldnt even ever consider a z24.. get the tib..

I love my tib and i have had no problems with it for the year i hav had it.
The bigest thing is why i bought it was that the GKs look like ass(i was looking at a GK before I saw my RD2) and i have never seen them on the road where i live so i bought it.

Hey man, I've got a '00 - and bought it for right around 8k with almost the same amount of miles your green one has (that green is somethin' else though, huh? haha, I've seen a couple of them). That original 9k price is about right.... and if it faxed up clean, I'd buy it.

I havn't had any problems with mine in a year, and it's a LOT faster than when I bought it now. I've got CAI, 4-2-1 stainless, and full exhaust now though.

Only minor stuff has gone out, like fuses and stuff that I messed up doing creative garbage (that's what it's about though. heh)

GO FOR IT!

Post that Green when you get it too!

z24 is more power? my buddy just got a z24, he keeps saying he wants to race me, if we're both stock and autos, who would win?</div>

hum both auto? I'd say the cav it has 10 more hp, and over 20 more lbs of torque. a few small mods on your part thought and you'd win. just get intake and header, obtainable for less than 200 together and you'd win laugh.gif

Funny that your other choice is a RWD car.
Z24 's are great! ... but they are Cop magnets!

If I were you I would buy an RD1 ,... Oh wait!, I DID buy one, hehe tongue.gif
na, just kidding, buy it, you'll LOVE it ( buy dont buy it if you plan on having people on the back seat all the time)

RWD?? A Z24 cav?? Wahh I'm assuming i miss read that cause a Cav is not RWD.. Who knows how much actual WHP the have anyways. GO with the tib though man not only does it handle ten times better but it holds it's value!!.. Unlike cavs ... and sunfires ... Plus everyone has one ... Blahh ..
