^^ $65 shipping to where he is. Parts and labor in my post would obviously include installation as well, since he is a "noob" as he put it.

Via your first link anyway. Second doesn't list exact rates to Europe - but I'd imagine they'd be about the same as the first.

The reason that a CAI is the best first mod is because it's easy to install. Anyone who wants it, can figure it out and it makes you familiar with the car. It adds horsepower and it's easy to install. If you have some shop make a CAI, then it's probly not going to come with mandrel bends and they're going to have to do R&D in order to make it work. That would take around 6 hours to get the bends and mounting right then about 2 hours of labor to remove everything to be able to see how they can make it all workable. It takes 1 hour to install a pre-made CAI. You want mandrel bends on a CAI.

Doesn't take six hours to bend pipe. Its a 45 degree section and a 90 degree section with straight pipe in between. Takes 30 minutes on a bender. My entire exhaust was welded from the downpipe to the muffler, over 6 feet of pipe, in an hour and half of labor. A CAI wouldn't even need the time taken to weld. You're grossly overestimating the time spent.

I will have a injen CAI for sale in about three weeks for $100us+ shipping. I would suggest a new air cleaner which i could provide for around $20us. i am betting with using USPS global it would be around 15 to ship it to you.

Hey This isnt really modding your car but its cheap it it will help the car a little 1) synthetic oil (quaker or royal purple) 2)clean your MAF +IAC (with MAF or electronics cleaner) 3) Clean your TB (With laquer or something like that )
I also put in a TB coolant bipass while i was at it. Def a noticable diffrence if you do these things and cheep.

Thanks guys. I thought, that this cheap ones on ebay are just a cheap imitation of CAI.
I should guess that it would be allright - it's just a pice of pipe. smile.gif

Anyway, I think that I can handle with that prize with no problem.. Just two, or three beers less next weekend.
Found some on ebay uk and de. There is few on Polish ebay, but it cost much more.

Glad to hear it! I think I'll focus on that option if I would like to order something from the US! But how does it look with taxes? Hehe.
When you want to visit Warsaw? There will be a big Hyundai Coupe Club Poland event at the end of July. smile.gif
