I would try and return it...i know the junkyards I go to give a warranty...

did u not see it when u got the tranny?

 

Actually no I didnt see the hole. Lol. But the tranny only has roughly 57k on it and the input shaft moved fine like normal and I can make it change gears without problem. So hopefully all is good.

 

Well I figured out that the tranny has like 2 vents on it right where I was describing the whole. I imagine the holes allow excess heat to escape. So I dont think I should be too worried. Lemme know what you guys think.
