Throttle Body
I put an 01 beta in my accent and i had the head ported and polished to gasket match i also had the runners on the intake opened up some too. but i saw somewhere about putting a mustang throttle body on a 2.0 does anyone know if i need and adapter for it and what year would be beneficial im trying to do the bbtb. i also know that ill have to have the opening bored out to match the throttle body. i just need to know year of mustang and if i need an adapter and where i can get it if i do.

mines from a 98 crown vic with a 4.6 liter lol
so basically anything with a round throttle body and a 4.6 liter motor
get the pig tail also, youll need it to wire it in
some throttle bodies have a idle hole on the butterfly that will need to be sealed shut, and you will have to adjust it to read "0"

i dont think you understand here
NONE of this is a bolt on affair
every aspect will need to be altered
from how it bolts on to the intake manifold to how the throttle cable connects to the throttle body
the tib tps will not work
you will have to cut and solder the wires for the tps
and realize you will probably lose some bottom end if your still NA 65mm is a rather large jump (iirc the stocker is like 53mm)

Not sure how many of them you have in the state, but someone here in the UK fitted a VAG TB, went onto existing inlet manifold with only minor modification.
