Semi Convertable RD?
TC has a point there... how about just cutting the top off alltogther like the sunfire convertable? You might even be able to make the top from it work if you do it right.

you def. forgot the 300zx targa. those look great. i've driven one stick and they are fun! caught a cold shortly after...
to tibu971.8L: as for the rules. i think they shape us up. i've had some issues before regarding double posting and off topic related posts, but now that i've got the hang of it, this site is amazing. it's godly, like no other--undoubtably the #1 and only solely tiburon dedicated website for RD's, not to mention it's large capacity. i didn't know that hyundai tiburons had such support. have you seen the un-moderated www.wrc.com forums? talk about a waste of time. ever since rally radio left, world rally championship was turned upside down, much of the formal, informative, mature, classis posters (like me) left. it was taken over by anarchy. there's so many off topic posts in the general wrc chat it's not even funny. that many pages of time wasting topics and posts really blew me off. even the archived posts/topics have been shut down to create space! it's anarchy i tell ya! i'm so glad this website/my room is moderated. thank you moderaters and post whore tongue.gif right of wrong tibu971.8L, you'll soon learn from mistakes as everyone, and notice that moderators are doing us huge favors, they're not against us, help us anytime we need anything, help organize the website, research, experience, build us up with confidence hence the hyundai community. honestly, at first i didn't think RDtib.com would help me get my car started. afterall, i solely depended on cardomain.com (what a drag). Eversince the discovery of this website, i've got all four drilled/slotted/painted rotors, ss brake lines, came close to buying a turbo, nokya blue halogen lights, euro lights, CAI, formula 2 bumper tongue.gif tongue.gif , caliper paint, caliper decals, 17' RIMS (i know they are small mods, but winter is here)...and going strong! before i found out about this, i thought it would take eons for my car to be the way i wanted. now it's a reality. i'm just glad it's here and believe me, after being a faithful wrc.com forum supporter, i do not want to look back evil.gif so my feedback is suck it up a little, do what they say, and you'll soon find out that these rules favor us and our cars to the best º --and thank freaging God, after what i've been through at wrc.com, we have our own moderators. i know we are all in this scene together. we're up against 12+ years of honda+ racing mang vs. roughly 5 years of tiburon racing. i think we're ahead of the game. 8)
PS: A shame this project bit the dust:

I would have bought one in ten seconds...

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (cdogtibby1)</div><div class='quotemain'>as for remarks on the car... hey everyone has their own personal opinion... dont take it too far though... tibby01 will be on ur ass

nah, i actually think the thing looks stupid too. it looks like the back part of the roof wants to keep going, but then just stops.
you can take opinions on something as far as you want to, i just noticed that many of his posts have a very holier-than-though attitude that is not needed where everyone else is trying to help each other. i dont think ive yelled at anyone on this forum, but ive been meaning to bring it up, and thought it would be a good time.
semi-snobbish remarks are an offence. see where it says "keep it civil" in the rules? whenever you make a post like that, it sparks bickering. alls im asking is that you tone it down.
now back to the topic of the car, i dont know what you would call the extensive work done to the underbody of the m3, but he has had it done too, read my post again. frame wrapping(i guess thats what its called, i really dont know). i do know that he was referring to connecting the front and rear subframes together though.

Actually I've take the day to think it over and Tibby01 is right. I guess i've been letting all the stress from the engineering classes spill over on to my posts and for that I oficially apologize to Tibby01 and to everyone. I can say I will try to not let it happen again. Sorry everybody.

smile.gif Thank you.
We realize that everyone has a bad day here and there, just try a little harder not to let your bad day come through in your posts. Noone is perfect, even the moderators.....
I know some ppl think Im an ass sometimes.....Im really not, but I've been using the preview button ALOT more lately, just hit it, read your post....and walk away or do something else for a couple minutes, then come back and read it again and adjust what you need to.....sometimes a couple minutes of reflection can make a whole lot of difference.
