Well I have a set of HID for my lowbeams. Since I have the KDM Glass headlights i'm using H1's.

Anyways, ive had them for a while now and never had any problems. But now I have a problem with both of them coming on when I turn the lever. My left side turns on just fine but the right side doesnt.

It takes a couple of turns (sometimes a lot) in order for the passenger side light to come on. If anyone else has them you know that turning them off and on will eventually harm the bulb. So the driver side one is gonna burn out soon unless i fix this problem.

Could it be the relay? I dont think it is but what else could it be?

It could be any part of the HID kit. Ignitor could be going out or something wrong with the ballast. Did either one get wet by any chance?

First off, do you mean the High/Low (Daytime) beam or just the normal headlights you have to turn on with the headlight switch?

If it's the headlights I dunno, OP has a pretty good reason for it methinks. Otherwise it could just be old age.

im thinking its the igniter as well, but check to make sure all connections are tight and free of corrosion.

could be the bulb no? it's at the end of its life? try swapping bulbs and seeing if it does the same thing to the other one as well.
