Yup, checked fuses under hood and by drivers door. All were good.

*** update ***
Talked to the dealer, it's ECM Failure apparently. Woot!

higher voltage than expected is being read by ECM (overload!!!)

I didn't see if you answered the question or not. Did you replace regular bulbs with LED bulbs? There have been problems with that affecting cruise and shifting.

Nope, they were all standard bulbs. Nothing special.
