So what are you up to? Did you just buy something? What is it?!?!? What did it cost ya?
Well, you know about the Golden Eagle Manifold last week.
But now, I just got in the mail my Sparco Globe-X (black) Shift Knob $68 shipped:
It was so shiny, I couldn't take a pic of it out of the box without it glaring into the camera. lmao.gif

The knob has a small metal cover that goes on top of the shifter shaft. It uses the small screws to lock it down. Then the main knob screws on top of that. It's actually a cool little system compared to others. It looks awesome, and the fact that it's "Sparco" makes me happy. tongue.gif

That's awesome. Can you make only one work and the other stock that way you can shine both on a wall to see the difference?

i can tell you one thing, the HID kit is much brighter. i barely can tell my high beams are on when i turn them on, and i have not had one person flash their brights at me thinking i had my high beams on. they are awesome.
plus, putting a stock headlight in would be a pain in the ass, i cut the harness off so i could just solder and heatshrink the power wires for the HID ballasts to the headlight wires. i would probably have to end up taking the whole bumper off again.
OOOO...im going to go get a video of them real fast...

My tib has half a dozen mods which haven't been completed. 02.gif
I've got isues. I'm good at tearing up my car, but lazy when it comes to getting everything back together. That's why I've been driving with no center console, no passenger seat and wires all over the place for a month.
What I'm almost done with:
-Fiberglassed and foamed cup holder in the console pocket between the seats. Shaped to my nissan thermos. Smaller remote holder behind it. It's a removable unit as well, so if I ever replace that console section with one that has the lid, I can continue to use it.
-Completely plastic holder for my Griffin Powermate, also on that console, right behind the shifter surround (anyone need the coin holder?). Made out of a sheet of ABS plastic and liquid plastic. Basically looks like a mini cup holder.
-New 12ga speaker wire to both the rear and front speakers. Getting them in the doors was a pain.
-New amp under the passenger seat. I ran into some clearance issues, but after some careful filing it now fits.
-New Streetwires battery terminals, negative ground distribution block, stock alternator to battery wire replaced, 4ga power wire to amp, 8ga to carpc.
-Redid the radio fascia so my montor will look perfect. Needs filler, primer, paint.
-Central gound block for equipment in the front half of the cabin.
