Cleaned throttle and IAC no change. Now if I check live data tps never moves off 0%

Check the TPS connector, harness side, and the harness.

I was running the MS-pnp but took it out to pass state inspection

Thought I'd come update this. I finally got the car to pass state inspection. Swapped my 1.8 ecu back to the 2.0 and problem solved so I guess the ecu just crapped out.
