OBD2 state inspection
Ok I have 2001 Tib, I live in NC and they just started the new OBD2 inspection and my car no mod's except for the XD cam and the ECL is not on. I pugged my car up to my scanner and to make sure there where no codes in it before I took to be inspected and there weren't but even thuogh I didn't erase any codes it still reset some buttons in the computer. It has been two weeks now and the O2 sensor and evpro. motor won't reset and the car won't pass. Has anyone had this problem or anyone got any ideas on how to make it pass. The car hasn't failed inspection but it won't pass either.
Thanks

Sounds like the OBDII scanner thinks you reset the ecu cause it was doing something wrong, OR you just changed stuff back to stock form after being heavily modified.
YOu should just have to wait a bit and then it should pass.

Well, try resetting your ecu again, and check your ODBII one more time.
Then try to get it passed. Most places won't charge you if you don't.

that is rather odd... I would reset the ECU and then drive it around a week before taking it back. I do not know how they do things there, but here you cannot just reset the ECU and go through inspection, they will NOT pass you unless you have a certain amount of cycles in memory.
