58mm is correct, however there are ather other things you should know before attempting to overbore your stock TB.
Try searching here and also www.hyundaiaftermarket/old there's plenty of info there. I know a member of ha.com had contacts at a shop which could do fine jobs with TB's and IM's, however I don't know if he can still do the trick.

Just wondering how much is the bore going to cost you? Does it make sense money wise to do this and not just go buy a 61mm rside or 60mm tigerlilly tb?

Yeah the rside one is about 250+ US if you can find one. As for the tigerlilly I was mistaken it is actually 58mm and runs about $250 US. So if you can get the Stock one bored up the 58mm for $175 Canadian (thats less in US right?) I would probably say its worth it especially when the rside 61mm one is hard to find now and that would be really your only other option that made sense dollar for dollar.

Don't forget you have to buy a new butterfly valve...
