Does anyone have the part number for the NGK wires for the '01 tiburon, I know they make them and I have seen people with them but when I went to a few auto parts stores and they say NKG don't make them and they keep trying to sell me some cheap wires, I really need them bad otherwise I would just mail order a new set of wires. If anyone knows it would be a big help, Thanks.

Ebay listings usually say the part #. That's how I found it.

I just bought a set for my 2000 Tiburon. Mine are Stock #8790 and part #XX90. I had a look on the NGK site and for some reason they don't list them for the 2001 Tib. I thought both cars had the same engine. If so, I would think they would fit.

Thanks for the help, it seems not one auto part store in my area stocks them and I got stuck buying a crap set of wires, I'll just order some magnecore wires, they seem to work good, it just sucks that I had to waste $50 on something I don't want but really needed.

Yeah doode, get the NGK's from Groupbuycenter.com or from Ebay. Much cheaper AND better than the Magnecores. I've heard of lots of problems with them, they fall apart.
