I use 10w30,, I don't have a owners manual so i really don't know... is this the "Preferred" oil for the 2.0L engine for my 1999 Hyundai Tiburon?

I change My oil at every 5,200 miles.. When I check the oil around that time.. I lose about 1/4 of a quart. my car has 90,000.. pretty damn good for city hell driving and ultimate road trips and Conventional oil!
