She's alive and slurping E85!! FYI..swapping in XG350 3.5L /Sonata 2.4L 290cc injectors with the stock fuel pump on the V6 engine = STFTrims in the +/- 1-2% range.
Now next issue is tracing down what I'm sure is either a jack shaft or wheel bearing issue..
Don't mind the pep boys stickers on firewall..those are already removed..

Just a slight update with no pics. Tib is on the road running E85. I gotta say this V6 engine LOVES E85. Even for a 150k engine it feels very strong. The OE ECU seems to be perfectly happy running E85 with the 290cc injectors I have in there. Trims are +/- 2% right now.
I will be installing a piggyback ECU in the future to add some ignition timing to the mix to really wake things up as well as get ready for um....other things..

What piggyback are you going with? I still have the Perfect Power PRS-4 that I'd let go dirt cheap. I ran it as a piggyback.

Yup, its all about lambda baby! If you can pair a set of injectors that are the right size larger to compensate for the added fuel needed for E85 the OE ECU takes care of the rest. As far as it knows its running premium gasoline on stock injectors, except this 'gas' cost 1.60 a gallon..and is 106 octane..
I'm going to run a new product from Perfect Power called the SMTFX which installs between the injector leads to control the injectors directly and has a nifty auto tune feature with fuel trims and the works.
