i bought those last year http://www.kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=80&ai_id=1596 and since last year i did some little mod....
now with the new mods i find they are to soft i feel engine moving alot when i shift.... should i buy 2 insert for the 2 side mount ? or should i go with window weld and fill the gap ?

Window weld is a cheap and well established modification. I would start with just one though and see how that feels..
