Thanks for that link. I'm going to see about rigging up a compressor like that when the time comes. We've got loads of scrap aluminium around where I work. . .

^^apparently that's the way the pros do it, the compressor tester just happens to come with the right hose. already has a quick connect fitting like air tools typically use.
edit: btw, don't forget to remove the valve in the compression tester, I almost did and that would have ended poorly!
