Little update !

The f*ckin neo is OUT

SMT8 IN

For a couple of hours messing with smt8 , I think its one of the best piggybacks if not the best ! I don't want to compare it to the neo, cause it's like comparing apples and oranges

I'm by no means experienced tuner, but the software looks pretty cool.

I'll try to tune the tib tomorrow and will post the results.

Looks like a mess of wires is in, anyway. It would be an amusing troll who left that pile of mess sitting there like that all the way to the dyno tuner's shop, to see the look on their faces.

The picture of the wiring in the floorboard reminds me of Faith's car...

I have a lot of experience with the SMT8 and Perfect Power tuners. Ask me any questions and I'll try to help when I can. I suggest you intercept both your MAP and TPS signals so you can modify them. The ignition timing will not work with the Hyundai ECU unless you have an Oscilliscope to match the ignition inputs and outputs. Otherwise just 'T' into the crank shaft sensor signal line to get your RPM signal. Make sure you tap into the O2 signal line as well so you can datalog.

Hey I'm really glad that people are commenting my project and are willing to help

Faith, I'm still living in my shitty country U were 100% right about that f*cking neo... I don't know what was I thinking ?!

The pic of all the wiring was done when I was still connecting it. Now everything is clean aaas f*ck ( pics later )

03tibe85 I hope you can help man, cause I'm getting really pissed Smt8 installed and the car starts with no problems. Rpms, TPS, Map sensor, narrow band and so on everything is working fine. The "tuner" that was helping me don't know sh*t like 99% of the "tuners" in my shitty country !!! I can't stand that guy so after I told him so I don't have wideband in hand anymore So I was monitoring the narrowband signal. When I start the car it runs ok. 14.7 afr around 1200-1300rpm, but after that it suddenly starts to drop the rpms to 900-1000 and then the mixture is really lean ( if I can believe in my narrowband ) Idle is really raugh and its bauncing a lot... The worst thing is that when I try to add fuel the engine is trying to die and the rpm are even lower. If I lean it out a bit it is reving to around 1600rpm make some strange sound like cutting the fuel and goes down again. That situation is on repeat if I don't add some fuel. I tried to open the Itbs a little, but then when I start the car idle is at around 1600rps and the engine is doing the same thing...reving a bit and going down, reving a bit and going down... The smell from the exhaust is very strong too !

I think I have to tune the ignition, but I'm not sure what to do?!

Any help or idea is welcome

The situation is really shitty, but I'm not giving up !

Get a wideband. Trying to tune off a narrowband is a waste of time.

You are absolutely right, but there is a map for narrowband so I decided to try it...

I'm in a search of wideband, but as you all know I live in a shitty country
