Impact Gun, Electric Or Air?
I am looking to upgrade from my tank and its like a 50 gallon. I will probably go to a 75. You will find that when using it a lot (Like I do) it will have to run the motor a lot. Isnt a horrible thing I just get annoyed with it.
I have 75gal at work, i've never know what brand it was. But I have a 60 gallon Kobalt at my house, and its on wheels, hasn't failed me yet. Its good for stuff like you listed, I also use it to blow out my sprinkler system for winter.

I have an electric impact wrench, corded, and it's done everything I'd need an impact to do on my car, and a few others.

What is the brand of your electric impact wrench Zman?
Its all well nice and good how big of an air tank you have at work, I need to know what you use at home. If you go to work to use the tools then well thats that. I was looking at 10 gallon but i see that 20 gallon may be in order.

I forget the brand, it's from Harbor Freight and didn't cost that much. Actually, it's part of the "site tools" list that any member can use.

That's the one.

^^^ That's the exact one that I have and am talking about. I had to end up borrowing a friends air impact to finish the job because that one wouldn't fit. I mean it's okay for the price, but I need a tool that will fit anywhere I'm working.

Actually, I've not had any problems using this impact wrench for anything.
I've used it on...
1. Exhaust Manifold bolts.
2. Exhaust bolts, from cat to downpipe, from cat to catback.
3. Sway bar endlinks.
4. Spring Compressors when doing all of my struts/springs.
5. Strut nuts that hold struts to strut mounts.
6. Captive Swap, all bolts involved.
7. Axle nuts.
8. Tranny mounts on cross brace.
Had plenty of room on all of them. I DO have a proper set of impact sockets and extensions too, but it's worked on all of them.
The exhaust bolts were heavily rusted, especially under the car, and they all came off. The endlinks were very hard to do, as they are for most folks, but all I did was tighten for a second, then reverse, and they came right off (soaked in WD40)
ABQElantra also borrowed it and used it on a whole bunch of parts on the RD1 after he bought it. Cysc00 has also used it on his MR2, no issues.
